Digital Notepad: Our website is designed to give you the information you need to make good choices and find good deals on a digital notepad and selected other accessories for your executive responsibilities.

I love my digital notepad for so many reasons:

  • It is light and so easy to grab and go
  • It is NOT a battery hog; it can last for a couple of hundred hours
  • It uses common batteries that can be found almost anywhere making my digital notepad superior to a computer that must be charged often

But one of the most powerful things a digital notepad can do is to save time by performing two critical tasks at the same time: it creates an electronic copy of my notes and drawings and it creates a hard copy.

The Power and Versatility of an Electronic Copy

When I consider the creative and productive limitations placed upon all of us prior to the digital revolution, that time seems like the distant past instead of only a few years ago. Imagine how paper-bound we were, unable to send our notes and drawings flying through the ether at span both time and distance constraints. By the time we gather our stuff and leave a brainstorming meeting, our notes and drawings can have already been distributed to multiple people and locations for archiving and collaboration. Amazing.

That is, of course, just the first part of the magic. Because once the information is in digital form, it can be edited, revised, appended, mixed with other data and crafted into a tool of beauty.

It is hard to overestimate the power of digitized notes and drawings as can be produced by a digital notepad. And I'm sure we've just scratched the surface of all a digital notepad can do!

The Convenience and Added Modality of a Digital Notepad Hard Copy

However, we should never forget the power of multiple kinds of media to encourage both collaboration and the magic of a paradigm shift. I don't know about you, but sometimes I just see things differently depending upon the modality. To scribble with a pen on paper causes something different to happen in my perspective from moving the mouse or toucing a screen–not better, just different. So we need all of the different modalities to help us think outside of the box. We need the PowerPoint presentations, the YouTube videos, the hastily sketched arrows, and the precise wording of a document to cause us to have all of the information and inspriation at our disposal before making important decisions.

A good digital notepad will accomplish all of the above by creating both a digital copy and a "here, take my hard copy" version of our notes. If you haven't done so already, please read my article on how a digital notepad can span across the technology gap of generations.

It's All About Efficiency

There is no tool I can think of that is more efficient in collecting, archiving, and sharing all notes and drawings than a digital notepad.
